How many people are in a class?

We cap our classes at 12 to ensure every member receives focused, high-quality coaching. Smaller class sizes allow our coaches to closely monitor movement, provide individualized feedback, prioritize safety, and create a more connected, supportive training environment, so you get better results every session.

What is the vibe like at the gym?

Our classes are fun, energetic, and engaging while still being focused and intentional. We train hard, support one another, and make sure every session feels motivating, not intimidating.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All workouts are scalable, and our coaches provide modifications to meet you where you are.

Do you help members set and work toward their goals?

Yes. We take time to understand your goals and provide coaching, programming, and guidance to support them. In addition to our small group classes, we offer personal training for members who want more individualized attention or support to accelerate progress and work toward specific goals.
